By the way, Rose's loving behavior is very common. The "meanest" thing she's done to Simon was throw rubber chips (the ground cover at the playground) on his head, but it was all done in good fun. She thought he would get a kick out of it. She loves to hug him and hold his hand. She's a good big sister.

That's so funny. . .I was thinking the very same thing last night when I saw these cute pics!
Really? Haha...I didn't even notice that. Actually, there have been a number of occasions where I thought he looked like you as a baby, Megan! (usually when he cries, for some reason)
Simon looks so bright and awake here. What a wide eyed cutie. Love the affection between them. Rose probably thinks he's a little doll.
Rose is very thoughtful! Maybe she even wanted to share a cupcake with Simon as well but knew he isn't quite ready for one of those. Happy 18 months to Rose (as of Friday:)!
